The challenge

A national election runs to a fixed date that cannot move. Every market has its own languages, its own station mix and its own listening patterns — and the communication has to land in all of them within the same narrow window, at a frequency high enough to stay present.

The approach

Radio was treated as an audience medium rather than a list of stations. Markets were mapped by language and reach first, then matched to the station mix that actually delivered those audiences, with frequency planned against the campaign calendar rather than spread evenly.

Execution at scale

Hundreds of radio channels, numerous languages and regional adaptations were coordinated under one plan, with broadcast monitoring running alongside so that deviations were caught while the campaign was still live rather than in a post-campaign report.
